No refund will be issued in the case of technical failure. In the unlikely event that the finished product from a portrait session is unusable due to camera or data storage failure, Photographer will reshoot at no additional charge. So no reshoot will be made for newborn photo sessions.) Client will obtain digital copies from the second portrait session only. The Client is not allowed to leave bad reviews or say bad things about the Photographer if that is the only reason. Due to the different tastes of people the Client might not like the results. The Client needs to make sure that he saw the Photographer’s works and liked them. If any additional changes are required by the Client and the Photographer agrees to do these changes, there will be aplied an additional $25 fee per one image, no matter what changes are required. There will be made no changes to the already edited photos. Due to this fact the persons on the photographs might look slightly different than in reality. The fully edited images are edited in Photoshop and Lightroom at the Photographer’s taste and creative vision. Post Production: The editing styles, effects and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of the Photographer. If a lockdown will happen, the photo session will be rescheduled on a later date and no ferund will be issued. If a cancellation/rescheduling is required due to Coronavirus Covid-19, there will be no refund of the retainer. Extenuating circumstances (such as car accident) will be taken into consideration upon presenting the evidence. The Photographer will make every effort to contact the Client, but it is the Client’s responsibility to contact the Photographer to confirm all events and times.įor models: If you're not showing up or if a cancellation is made within one week of the date, the model shall pay a $300 fee to cover Photographer's expences.
The Photographer kindly asks that the Client get in touch with the Photographer two weeks prior to the date of the event in order to touch base and go over last minute details. In the event of change of address or contact information (time, etc.) as listed, you must notify the Photographer. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm all arrangements at least 7-10 days prior to the event. If an email is sent, a confirmation of receipt must be sent back by the Photographer in writing or via email. Notification of any changes can be made by phone along with written notice sent via email for documentation. The Photographer must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule or location, at least one week prior to the scheduled date of event. After this a $40.00 rebooking fee will be charged. Once agreed upon a final session date, you may reschedule your session up to 7 days prior to your shoot if required.

Additional custom orders (reprints, enlargements, albums) must be paid in full at the time of order. If final payment is not received, the Photographer will not be expected to attend said event. The balance of the complete package price must be paid before or on the day of event. No date is reserved until a retainer is received. Payment and Booking: A $50 deposit is required at the time when booking to insure your photo session and it's not returnable except in the event of Photographer cancelling the booking.
